cardiovascular Diseases (CVD)

A Major Cardiovascular Recurrence Has Severe Consequences

A single major cardiovascular event place a significant financial burden on individuals and healthcare systems. Yet, despite the risks, a large number of patients do not adhere to preventive care after rehabilitation, leading a large portion of those CVD patients to another major CVD event, and vulnerable to further complications.

The reality is stark—up to 35% of survivors will experience a recurrence of major CVD events, facing an ongoing cycle of health challenges. Many are left with lasting disabilities, losing up to 10 healthy years of life. Prevention isn’t just an option—it’s the key to protecting your future.

Cardiovascular Diseases Prevention

Breaking the Cycle

Overwhelmed by endless health advice—strict diets, exercise plans, quitting smoking, and stress management—many struggle to keep up. A busy life leaves little room for self-care, leading to anxiety, procrastination, and the cycle of inconsistent efforts and old habits. Each setback reinforces feelings of failure, making change seem impossible.

Avoiding regular check-ups, early signs of declining health go unnoticed. Rationalizing inaction becomes easier, until another heart attack strikes.

It doesn’t have to be this way. Personalized guidance, and real-time health tracking can prevent setbacks, enabling patients to take control, and build a future of lasting heart health.

Empowering Patients with Vitality!

Integrating post-discharge patient history and biometric tracking, our team collaborates with specialists to design personalized digital therapies that integrates heart-healthy nutrition, stress management, physical optimization and injury prevention. With SYNBORA’s prevention-focused approach, patients gain the tools to stay active, independent, and heart-healthy, ensuring long-term vitality and well-being.
